Grandma

How you were always there for me
And were always
Piling up the dishes,
Putting up the stuff
You always seem to manage no matter what it was

My life seemed so easy
Of course, because of what you'd done
Then one day you disappeared
Then I realized how much you did
Everything was done by you
Realized that I didn't do much
So I had to do things I'd never done

Don't think I'm trying to be depressing
Anyway, I know you thought we could go on without you
You, I believe were right
